Change of mind

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for change-of-mind purchases, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.

How to request a return

Email us at intrinsicblue3@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Exclusions

Due to the natural, one-of-a-kind nature of crystals, slight variations in colour, size, and pattern are normal and are not considered faults.
